Organized by Atlanta North SDA Church’s Adventist Youth Society (AYS) – our meeting style is more varied, combining music, discussion forums, workshops, and seminars with praise and Bible study. We also discuss the day-to-day challenges of being a Christian, and it’s a great chance to share experiences and encourage one another.
Our AYS meetings take place either at our youth chapel or at home of one of our leaders. Our meetings are open to everyone, so feel free to join us, regardless of your age.
Atlanta North NightHawks
Pathfinder Club is an active way for 10 to 16 year olds to learn more about God, while also developing key life skills. Our Club is committed to understanding and training its members in leadership and service. We want to give them opportunities to work together and learn lessons of organization and resourcefulness. The Atlanta North Pathfinder leader, Herbert Jackson, is passionate about helping our young people develop physically, socially and spiritually.
Club members get to take part in a wide range of activities, including arts, outdoor activities and team games. We also help members learn and develop skills such as drumming, and we take trips to do community service. We believe in encouraging our young people, so we award honours in recognition of achievements made within Pathfinders Club. Our Club Sessions operate three times a month:
- Saturday 2:00 pm – 5:00 pm (1st Saturday of the month)
- Sundays 10:00 am – 2:00 pm (1st Sunday of the month)
